Carine Visagie – an award-winning journalist, editor, strategist, team leader, and content marketer – founded Double-Hyphen Creative when she moved from Cape Town, South Africa, to Eindhoven, The Netherlands, in 2024.

With over two decades of experience in digital publishing, content marketing, writing, editing, and communications, Carine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project she undertakes.

Extensive experience working full-time in digital agencies and traditional media companies has honed her expertise in using high-quality, targeted content and campaigns to build standout B2B and B2C brands. 

While Carine now calls the Netherlands home, her heart remains deeply connected to South Africa. She taps into a talented network of South African writers, editors, designers, videographers, and animators to produce high-quality content for brands worldwide.
